Original Motorline tubular motor TUB90M8MT with 75 mm shaft adapter (67 mm optionally available).
Suitable for, among others, the Exclusiv-Home EH8100, EH8200, and EH8300 conservatory awnings. However, replacing the motor also requires the side cap TVAR04 with the TVAR24 motor bracket, as the motor mount on the inside of the cap has been modified during technical development.
The TUB90M8MT can also be chosen instead of the awning motor TUB70MT75 to operate the EH6100 and EH7100 awning models from Exclusiv-Home, but only in connexion with the motor mount T260TP.

Motorline has published a video about replacing an awning fabric. Since the Portuguese manufacturer also produced the EH6100, EH6400, and EH7100 awning models, the procedure described in the video also applies to awnings from Exclusiv-Home, with the exception of the model Luxury with integrated lighting in the folding arms, which was an import from the Far East.
Individually handcrafted replacement fabrics and valances, made in a German master workshop, are available via the following link.
The latest version of MOTORLINE's awning drives is the TUB90M8-MT. This can also be used as a replacement for a defective TUB70MT-75 in older Exclusiv-Home awning models, but the motor bracket must also be replaced.
For the cassette awnings EH6100 and EH7100, this is the motor bracket T260TP and for the conservatory awnings EH8100, EH8200 and EH8300, this is the motor bracket TVAR24 together with the side cover TVAR04.
Attached are illustrated instructions for attaching the awning motor TUB90 to the bracket TVAR24/TVAR04.
Accessory
This programmable original Motorline receiver and control unit MC65 for awnings and other automation systems is the successor to the awning control unit MC6 (note the modified connection diagram) and can be used as a retrofit kit not only for Motorline or Exclusiv-Home awnings, but for practically all awnings for which original spare parts are no longer available. The control unit is housed in a junction box in the left end cap of the awning. For non-original Motorline or Exclusiv-Home products (EH6100 and EH7100), the junction box with the control unit can also be installed externally.In addition to the motor, this control unit can also be used to turn on and off any existing awning lighting (220Vac fluorescent tube) or another device with a power consumption of up to 500W. If the awning is already illuminated via LED strips, a corresponding voltage transformer is required (see single or double 12Vdc LED transformers). The control is compatible with the 4-channel FALK remote control, all radio remote controls from the MX series, and the WIWEATHER weather sensor.
The right side cap TVAR04 with the motor bracket TVAR24 attached to the inside is used on earlier model years of the conservatory awning EH8100, EH8200 and EH8300 from Exclusiv-Home or VARANDA from Motorline in connection with the replacement of a defective awning motor TUB90MT required because the size of the tubular motor base has changed as a result of technical advancements, and the motor mount has been adjusted accordingly.
The current Motorline tubular motors TUB70MT75 and TUB90M8-MT for awnings are equipped with a 75 mm shaft adapter. Older awning models from Motorline and Exclusiv-Home, such as the EH6100 and EH7100 awnings, also featured smaller shafts with a 67 mm inner diameter in the early years. The MTL25 adapter with a 67 mm diameter is therefore often required when replacing a defective awning motor to replace the included 75 mm shaft adapter. Note: This adapter is not compatible with the earlier TUB70MT-67 tubular motor series and only fits the current motor series.
